To present the content of the respective consultation paper, the ESAs organised a public hearing in the form of a webinar on 23 January 2024 from 9:00 to 18:00 CET.
Background information
The European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA – the ESAs) launched on 8 December 2023 a public consultation on the second batch of policy products under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). This includes four draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) one set of draft implementing technical standards (ITS) and two set of guidelines. These technical standards aim to ensure a consistent and harmonised legal framework in the areas of ICT risk management, major ICT-related incident reporting, ICT third-party risk management, threat-led penetration testing and oversight of critical ICT third-party service providers. The consultation runs until 4 March 2024.
